Create Assessment
Go to any page which allows you to create content.
Add or Create
You can add an exisiting assessment (i.e. a test that was created prior) or create a new one.
Add details
Add pertinent information for students.
Add Questions
Choose question type and add it to the assessment.

Populate the question
Add the content to the question
Provide feedback
Providing feedback helps students learn from mistakes.
Add next question/change point value
Continue to add questions and modify point values accordingly.
Once all Questions are Entered
Once you have added all questions... click OK. Now you enter the final part where you deploy the test.
